Q: My TV has a black screen when using HDML-Cloner Box.

A:

In the process of recording certain video sources, your TV may have a black screen. Please proceed as follows:

1. Please make sure the LED illuminates solid blue or solid green.

2. Press and hold the REC button on HDML-Cloner Box for about 5 seconds and then you can see pictures on your TV.

 

If your TV still has a black screen, please proceed as follows:

1. Power off HDML-Cloner Box and restart it again.

2. Wait for 10 seconds, and make sure the LED illuminates solid blue or solid green.

3. Press and hold the REC button on HDML-Cloner Box for about 5 seconds and then you can see pictures on your TV.
