    (For Flint LXT device)

Don’t worry, this message will disappear when you finish updating firmware. Please upgrade the up-to-date firmware on your PC with bundled software HDML Cloner Pro helper and following the instruction as described here: https://www.cloner-alliance.com/cloneralliance-flint-lxt-faq/technical-faq/why-does-it-show-och-something-wrong-message-in-hdml-cloner-pro-helper-software-or-cloneralliance-app.html If you have any problems with it, please contact us by https://www.cloner-allinace.com/contact.html

  • Recording stops automatically when file size achieve 4GB size.

Most of SD storage cards in Android phone are FAT32 format as default, so single file size is limited to 4GB. It would be helpful to lower down resolution and bitrate in order to record for a longer period within 4GB limitation.

  • Video image exceeds phone screen when using PC as video source device, can NOT capture the whole video image.

Please adjust your PC graphics card resolution as following: 1920*1080;1280*720; 1360*768; 1280*1024; 1024*768; 800*600, then you’ll get whole video image showed on Cloner Vision App.

  • There is no sound output in ClonerAlliance App when I try to record video output from PC.

There are two methods to resolve this problem.

Method 1: Unplug your headphone or sounder from your PC.

Method 2: Go to “Sound” of Windows Settings, disable your headphone or sounder device, it will automatically switch to the HDMI in used and Cloner Vision App will have audio output then.

  • It is silent while recording.

lease tap  on main screen, it will have sound while previewing or recording. But it will prompt a warning when you try to record a video, select “That’s OK, keep going” to continue. But in this mode, it may be a bit subtle noise in recorded files, it’s a normal phenomenon.

  • Why does it only have sound but no video after switching back to preview screen with Flint products?

Please use a Hub to provide power supply for Flint independently, then it will work well.

  • Why can’t I modify brightness, contrast and saturation with my Flint LXT device?

Cloner Alliance APP v1.0 only support brightness, contrast and saturation modification on Flint device.
