RecDual Link - Account Deletion Request
Overview
Our application creates a server-side account automatically when the app is activated using a device serial number (SN).
There is no traditional username/password registration process.
Each account is linked to a device serial number and is used solely for app activation and server-side access control.
How to Request Account Deletion
If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us at:
Please include the following information in your email:
- Device Serial Number (SN)
- Application name
- A brief statement requesting account deletion
We may contact you to verify ownership before processing the deletion request.
Submit Deletion Request
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will:
- Delete the server-side account associated with the provided device serial number
- Delete any data directly linked to that account
Processing Time
Deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days.
Data Retention
We do not retain personal data after account deletion unless required by applicable laws or security obligations.
