Can I rename the recorded video file and still play it back with ClonerAlliance UHD Pro?¶
Yes! ClonerAlliance UHD Pro supports custom file naming. You can set your preferred file name directly through the OSD menu under Record Settings > File Name, or rename files using the remote control without needing a PC.
The default file name prefixes are: VID for video files, IMG for screenshots, and AUD for audio recordings. You can also choose to use system time as the file index under Record Settings > File Index.
Alternatively, you can take the USB storage device or TF card out from your ClonerAlliance UHD Pro and rename the recorded files on a computer. Please be sure the file’s name begins with “VID” to ensure the renamed video files can still be played back with UHD Pro. For screenshots, please keep the “IMG” prefix.
