Why is the LED Not Lighting Up on RecDual Dongle?

REC/STOP Button LED Not Lighting Up

Symptom: The REC LED remains off.

Cause: No TF card is inserted or TF card is not recognized.

Solutions:

  1. Insert a TF Card

    • The REC LED only lights up when a TF card is inserted

    • Insert a formatted TF card into the slot

  2. Check TF Card Insertion

    • Remove and reinsert the card

    • Ensure it clicks into place

    • Verify correct orientation

  3. Format the TF Card

  4. Try a Different Card

    • The card may be damaged or incompatible

    • Use a Class 10 or higher card

    • Try a known working card

SWITCH Button LED Not Lighting Up

Symptom: The SWITCH LED remains off.

Cause: No power or no video signal.

For HDMI Mode:

  1. Connect External Power

    • HDMI mode requires power via Type-C PWR

    • Connect a power adapter
