Why is there a prompt “No signal” when using ClonerAlliance Flint D4P?

  1. Please check your video resolution first. HD1 port supports 4K@60fps passthrough at most. , HD2 port supports 4K@30fps passthrough at most.

  2. Use your remote to check if the source device has been connected to the correct HDMI port. Generally switching to the proper input signal with the remote control can fix it.
