How to activate RecDual Link App?

Activating RecDual Link with your device’s Serial Number (SN) unlocks all app features. This guide shows you how to complete the activation process on Android and Windows.

Before You Begin

• Locate your 10-digit Serial Number (SN) on the bottom of your RecDual Dongle or on the product packaging.

• Ensure your phone or computer has an active internet connection for cloud verification.

Activation on Mobile (Android/iOS)

Method 1: Scan QR Code (Recommended)

1. Open RecDual Link app and go to the home screen.

2. Tap the Scan QR Code to Activate icon.

3. Point your camera at the QR code on the bottom of the device or product packaging.

4. The app will automatically recognize the SN and start cloud activation.

5. Wait for the verification to complete.

6. Activation successful!

Method 2: Manual Entry

1. Open RecDual Link app.

2. Tap Enter Serial Number Manually.

3. Type the 10-digit Serial Number exactly as shown on your device.

4. Tap Activate Now.

5. Wait for cloud verification.

6. Activation successful!

Activation on Windows

1. Open RecDual Link application.

2. On the activation screen, enter your 10-digit Serial Number (SN).

3. Click Activate Now.

4. Wait for cloud verification to complete.

5. Once verified, you’ll see a confirmation message.

Multi-Device Authorization

• Each Serial Number supports activation on up to 5 different terminal devices (phones or computers).

• If you need to add more devices, you must first deactivate one of the existing authorized devices to free up a slot.

Guest Mode vs Activated Mode

If you skip activation, the app runs in Guest Mode with limited features:

Offline Grace Period

After activation, your device supports up to 7 days (168 hours) of offline use. If cloud verification is not performed within this period, the app will return to Guest Mode until the next successful internet verification.
