USB device is not detected and side indicator isn’t on, what should I do?

Please proceed as follows:

1. Plug the USB device or insert the TF card before powering on ClonerAlliance UHD Pro/Lite.

2. If the storage device isn’t detected, keep it inserted and reboot ClonerAlliance UHD Pro/Lite.

3. When the storage device is properly detected, the side LED indicator will light up: green for USB storage device, blue for TF card.
