What Does This Message Mean?

The “Unsupported Content” message appears on your TV when the video source signal cannot be passed through to the display. This may occur due to certain signal protection or compatibility issues between the source device and the UHD Halo passthrough output.

How to Resolve

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Using the remote control, navigate to MenuSystem SettingsFirmware Version.

  2. On the Firmware Version screen, long-press the right arrow key on the remote control and hold it.

  3. Continue holding until the source video image appears on your TV.

  4. If the message reappears after releasing the button, repeat the process.

Note

In some cases, you may need to repeat the long-press action more than once before the video displays correctly.

If the Issue Persists

  • Verify that the HDMI cable between the source device and the UHD Halo is properly connected.

  • Try a different HDMI cable.

  • Check if the source device itself outputs a supported signal by connecting it directly to your TV.

  • If none of the above steps resolve the issue, please contact ClonerAlliance customer support for further assistance.
