Why does the recorded file of ClonerAlliance UHD Pro split into multiple segments?¶
ClonerAlliance UHD Pro provides configurable file size options through the OSD menu under Record Settings > File Size. You can choose from the following options: Unlimited, 4GB, 16GB, 2 Hours, or Loop Recording. The maximum size per single file is 4GB when using FAT32 formatted storage devices due to the FAT32 format limitation.
Once the recorded file size or duration exceeds the configured limit, ClonerAlliance UHD Pro will generate a new video file automatically to continue the recording. (If needed, you may use bundled Windows software MP4-Cloner to combine them into one file easily.)
