What is RecDual Link Application?¶
RecDual Link is the official companion application for RecDual Dongle (Model: CA-1290). It provides a complete device management solution through a direct USB connection, offering graphical configuration, firmware updates, and video file management.

Guest Mode vs Activated Mode¶
RecDual Link offers two operation modes:
Guest Mode (No activation required)
View basic connection status
Limited functionality - cannot playback videos, apply settings, or update firmware
Activated Mode (SN activation required)
Full access to all features
7-day offline grace period for uninterrupted use
