Why does my computer fail to recognize ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Pro?

Sometimes, the power of the USB port of your computer(Especially laptop users) is insufficient, causing the ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Pro not to be recognized directly. This article will help you set up and fix it.

Method 1: We recommend you to connect ClonerAlliance Flint 4KP Pro to a USB port on your computer first without connecting your source device. After 4KP Pro is recognized stably, then connect the source device via the HDMI IN port of 4KP Pro, and then it will be recognized.
