Why does ClonerAlliance UHD Pro’s OSD show “Unsupported Content”?¶
If you can not see the input video and find the red “Please scan QR” in the “HDMI IN” field of OSD on TV/monitor (as shown in the pic below), it is usually caused by the improper assembly of the “H.264/H.265 button”.
Quick Solution Steps¶
Follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Use ClonerAlliance UHD Pro’s remote control nevigate to “Menu”->”System settings”->”Firmware version”
Press and hold the right arrow button on the remote until the source video appears on the TV.
FYI: The following solution above is also applicable to fix the color-bar screen when using with PC.
Tip: Sometimes, you need to try a few more times.

If this problem keeps showing up, maybe you are using an unsupported video source content. Please change the video source and try again.
