Why does the “HDMI IN” field of OSD show “Please scan QR” after connecting HDMI cable with ClonerAlliance UHD Pro?

If you can not see the input video and find the red “Please scan QR” in the “HDMI IN” field of OSD on TV/monitor (as shown in the pic below), it is usually caused by the improper assembly of the “H.264/H.265 button”.

It’s quite easy to fix it, please follow the steps below:

  • Make sure the top indicator is flashing blue and green alternatively.

  • Please press and HOLD the H.264/H.265 button on UHD Pro for about 5-10 seconds until the input video shows up on TV/monitor.

FYI: The following solution above is also applicable to fix the color-bar screen when using with PC.
