Why is there a prompt “The program is not responding.” when running HDML-Cloner Wand Helper?

It is because the device has not been reset since used last time. Please unplug the device from the USB port, close HDML-Cloner Wand Helper and disconnect the HDMI cable. Then plug in the device, connect the HDMI cable and run HDML-Cloner Wand Helper. If this problem still exists, please turn off the device power. Wait 3 seconds and turn on the power again.
