Why is there mosaic phenomenon on the source video or the recorded video?¶
Unplug the device from the USB port, close HDML-Cloner Wand Helper and disconnect the HDMI cable. Then plug in the device, connect the HDMI cable and run HDML-Cloner Wand Helper. If this problem still exists, please turn off the device power. Wait 3 seconds and turn on the power again. If it still doesn’t work, maybe the recording speed or display speed is too slow. Please change the video saving path and try again. Or you can reduce the bitrate to “Low” and try again.
