Why does it show a “Black Screen” with audio in the process of playing back the recorded video on ClonerAlliance Box Pro?

The playback function of ClonerAlliance Box Pro is optimized to work with most of TV sets.

A lot of customers are using ClonerAlliance Box Pro to playback their recorded videos perfectly.

Please understand that with all the different specifications of TV sets, we are not able to promise all the recorded files can be played perfectly on your TV sets. According to our experience, adjusting the resolution to 720p will be helpful to fix the issue.
