Why is there a prompt “Not found HDML-Cloner Box Pro device” when running HDML-Cloner Pro Helper?

Note: This instruction applies to HDML-Cloner Box Pro, HDML-Cloner Box Evolve and HDML-Cloner Box Turbo.

Please check whether HDML-Cloner Box Pro has been connected to the USB port of PC. If not, please connect and run HDML-Cloner Pro Helper again. If yes, please disconnect the HDMI cable on HDML-Cloner Box Pro and disconnect HDML-Cloner Box Pro from the USB port. Then connect the device again. Wait 3 seconds, connect the HDMI cable and run HDML-Cloner Pro Helper. If the problem still exists, please change another USB port and try again. If it still doesn’t work, please make sure the device has been connected to the USB port and then reinstall HDML-Cloner Pro Helper. If it prompts you to restart the computer, please do it and then try again.
