Why the picture is purple on the screen?

Please note that the product doesn’t support “color space” at “4:2:2”. Please make sure the “color space” of your source device can be set at “4:4:4” or “4:2:0”. As we know, some devices’ “color space” settings are fixed at “4:2:2”. Please just adjust the source’s resolution to 1080p to use it. You can fix it. Please do understand that this is not a product quality issue.
